Scope of Position:
We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies for Facile Skincare. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, creative vision, and hands-on execution to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various platforms. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and CEO, the social media manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s digital presence and fostering meaningful connections with our audience.
Role + Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain content calendars, develop compelling copy, and produce visually appealing content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
- Manage TikTok Shop, including the creator portal and campaigns
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates, leveraging partnerships to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Stay on the pulse of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform strategy development and optimization.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of social media campaigns.
- Oversee design and creative direction for social media assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
- Comfortable both in front and behind the camera. Proficient in video editing.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration on campaign ideation, content creation, and execution to support product launches, events, and promotions.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creative storytelling.
- Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
