The Role And What You’ll Do
160over90 is seeking a Social Media Producer, Social Media & Influence Marketing. In this role you will be responsible for helping to drive strategy, creative, content and program development for a current client and be involved in the day-to-day management of their owned social channels.

You thrive in orchestrating innovative and complex client accounts and hunting for new opportunities to foster strategic channel growth along the way.
160over90 is an elite group of communications, public relations, and marketing professionals responsible for creating innovative strategies and campaigns for influential consumer, technology, and lifestyle brands. You will have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of our client’s global growth trajectory and we also want you to bring curiosity, creativity and thoughtful leadership to the table.
Our portfolio of Fortune 50 clients spans all major categories and we know how important culture and aligning with people’s passions are to modern marketing. This is something we’re uniquely suited to do as part of Endeavor. This position will be Houston-based where you will sit in the client’s office and be part of an agency account team that supports the client’s diverse portfolio of companies that are at the forefront of innovation and growth in their respective industries, from automotive to hospitality, sports and entertainment.
- Creating and maintaining strong client and inter-agency relationships — proactively assessing short/long term client opportunities and translating them into actionable business strategies
- Overseeing Social Media and Influence Marketing accounts – providing brand stewardship, thought leadership, and strategic direction from ideation through execution
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across client portfolio to build and maintain library of video and photo assets
- Leading and coalescing the work of subject matter experts across multiple business units to implement social marketing campaigns
- Manage third parties including external agencies and vendors
- Contribute to internal communications as needed, requiring strong writing skills and longform writing experience
- Manage video and still content capture personnel to assure quality of assets
- Manage video editing process across custom produced and preexisting content
- Remain attuned to the latest competitive activities, emerging technologies, noteworthy trends, and social media innovations to inform creative solutions and new client opportunities
You Have These
- 5+ years agency or in-house experience in a social media role with experience also driving creator marketing
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative, smart marketing strategies that meet client objectives
- Deep and intricate knowledge of the social media marketing space including social trends, culture, emerging platforms, tools, best and worst practices, and the ability to communicate that information to clients and to internal stakeholders
- Expertise in social marketing platforms, with proficiencies in tools, platforms and measurement
- Experience working in social media, preferably at an advertising, PR, digital marketing, or social media agency or in-house at a company/corporation
- Knowledge of key performance metrics for paid/earned/owned media with focus on analytics and optimization as well as leading vendor partners in the space
- Ability to gather client requirements and effectively translate them into a cohesive social media strategy, complete with associated work plans for earned, owned, and paid social media
- Ability to communicate data and reports to optimize strategic recommendations in clear, cohesive fashion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively present to senior executives at Fortune 500 companies
- A team player with a positive attitude who can handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly
- Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal oversight
