Job Title: Social Media Manager – US

Location: Fully Remote!

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and organized individual with a passion for social media to drive lead generation and the growth of the company’s online presence. The Social Media Manager is a position for someone who has experience creating and executing results-driven and comprehensive social media strategies aimed at increasing our web traffic, leads and brand awareness. Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly creative yet organized and is excited about working in a challenging yet collaborative team environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and results-driven social media strategies to drive new leads
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
  • Ideate and collaborate with our in-house creative team to produce highly-engaging content across a variety of platforms
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create awareness and drive excitement around special promotions & campaigns
  • Write engaging social media copy that resonates with our audience
  • Ideate and schedule social media content based on the needs of our audience
  • Measure and report social media KPIs on a weekly basis to track performance
  • Stay up-to-date on social media best practices and trends

Qualifications

  • Must be a hard-worker
  • Must be excited about working in a challenging, team-driven environment
  • Must have proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Must have hands-on experience using social media to drive leads & create brand awareness
  • Must be extremely proficient with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be outgoing, creative, diligent, articulate and self-motivated
  • Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
  • Bonus if you have previous experience working in the Education field

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 per year based on experience

Benefits: The benefits include remote work flexibility and a fun, collaborative work environment. Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan. Employees will also receive PTO and paid holidays throughout the calendar year
