We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Demand Generation team.

As a champion for the role awareness efforts can play in driving business impact, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing the company’s global social media strategy, working across our corporate channels, and bridging internal structures to tell a cohesive story that reinforces the power of delivering empathetic, personalized customer experiences at scale. The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of (and passion for) the social media landscape and the potential social has to drive impact. This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence through owned, earned, and paid efforts to elevate brand awareness among customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Post social media content and manage channels day-to-day including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
- Manage social media programs from concept to creative development to execution, and ensure output is suited for the audience, platform, and message.
- Contribute to and build on social media strategies that drive community growth and engagement.
- Analyze engagement data and draw actionable insights to increase performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify opportunities to build relationships with influencers and thought leaders to amplify key messages.
- Support and champion employee advocacy efforts – leading for additional social engagement from the employee audience.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends — within and beyond the B2B space
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Deep experience with social media management platforms and social listening tools
- Experience writing snappy, eye-catching post copy, headlines, video scripts, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with presenting to cross-functional teams
- Experience analyzing social engagement metrics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to change in stride
- Influencer marketing is preferred. Technology experience is a plus. Neither are deal-breakers.
- A positive attitude and growth mindset are critical.
- Willingness to travel to key events – up to 10%.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$65,350.00 – $128,150.00
