Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all social media platforms for clients, creating engaging content, developing and implementing social media strategies, managing client email and text messaging marketing, optimizing social media presence, and writing compelling social media posts. This role has potential to expand within the first 3 months into a full-time position.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developing content strategies
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to analyze social media trends and data
- Knowledge of current social media platforms and best practices
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or background experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
