Job Summary:

Trina Turk is seeking an experienced motivated Social Media and Influencer Relations Manager to help lead the success and growth of Trina Turk and Mr. Turk business. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage the creation, development, and execution of the influencer marketing, and organic social growth. The Social Media and Influencer Relations Manager will understand the company sales goals and drive revenue with partnerships, activations, and brand recognition. They should be well-versed in all social media platforms, actively take part within it, and be knowledgeable about up-and-coming influencer and media outlets. This candidate should act as a resource to the team with the ability to produce creative content and offer ideas that can position the brand as a leader in the fashion industry.

The Social Media and Influencer Relations Manager has strong fashion sense, and a mind for strategy, implementation, and measurement. They will be responsible for developing the strategy and execution to drive brand awareness and visibility.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive audience engagement.

Execute daily social media publishing and content ideas across all social media platforms.

Manage and coordinate Influencer talent, interviews, appearances, and photo shoots.

Develop and maintain social calendar and deliverables in alignment with marketing.

Collaborate and work with agencies on rates, influencer program and logistics.

Manage talent, budgets, and track KPIs and reporting for influencer lead initiatives.

Identify Influencers that can bring awareness, engagement, and brand loyalty.

Provide weekly campaign performance updates to the marketing team.

Adapt quickly to social media best practices, and changes in industry standards.

Achieve monthly and annual sales expectations for the e-commerce business.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

5 Years of experience growing a brand’s social media presence in a direct-to-consumer fashion or retail organization

Excellent social media management or PR, with a proven track record of success

Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details

Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools and reporting metrics

Highly creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media

Proven ability to consume and understand data and apply to decision making

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling copy, engaging captions, and responding to comments

Exceptional at creating and shooting engaging content: images and videos, tailored for specific platforms

Flexible schedule with ability to travel to produce content and attend social engagements

Understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, SMS, Loyalty, and Google Analytics a plus

Experience working with Influencers on a global scope a plus
