As a content creator in the sales Strategy & Enablement group at Caliber, you be responsible for gathering and analyzing industry trends and translating that data into engaging and compelling content across various media (presentations, email, social media, collaterals, etc.). Creative content is designed for a variety of audiences including but not limited to Caliber leadership, internal and external stakeholders, and strategic client accounts.

This is an individual contributor role for a person who is passionate about building & creating! Hybrid position.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze industry trends to use in the development of original and engaging content creation
  • Research clients and their target audience to support creative messaging and keep abreast of business challenges and competitor strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing team, sales and other key executives to create high-impact content in support of sales opportunities that drives brand and solution awareness and preference; with particular emphasis on developing proposals and sales assets
  • Demonstrate masterful storytelling in the development of original content for executive level, client facing, and social media content
  • Developing and executing a wide range of information materials (presentations, email, collateral, etc…) for external and internal audiences
  • Ensure sales enablement materials and content are consistent with marketing strategies and are of the highest quality and clarity
  • Ability to understand complex information and simplify concisely for varying stakeholders (written or visual)
  • Manage and oversee the full content life cycle, from ideation, planning and development through web, email and other digital publication, distribution and post-publication maintenance and analysis
  • Extensive knowledge of design and visual communication including proficiency in Graphic Design and the ADOBE Suite of graphic design products
  • Assist strategic Accounts team to achieve targets and objectives by equipping sellers with insights, knowledge, tools, techniques and coaching.
  • Assess information, timing and context of messaging to help strategic accounts team engage clients to achieve strategic imperatives.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A combination of training and experience required to develop the required skills and knowledge for the role may be considered in place of formal education
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Powerpoint
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to consult with teammates at all organizational levels
