Position Summary: 

 

We are looking to hire a candidate who is inspired by the transformation happening with the latest advancements in 3D printing and wants to be part of this movement. Candidates must have marketing and social media experience to hit the ground running and grow LuxCreo’s marketing team. This individual would be responsible for generating new sales leads, supporting business development, and working cross-functionally across company departments. Qualified candidate must be a team player who is a fast learner with a positive attitude, outgoing with strong organization skills, and self-driven. Familiarity with 3D printing and related products and printing procedures is preferred but not required.

 

Qualifications

 

  • B.A. or equivalent in Marketing, Journalism, or Business degrees preferred
  • 2+ years of related B2B industry experience

 

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage marketing campaigns and outreach programs.
  • Website page improvements and creation
  • Social posting, Email marketing, Blog creation and posting
  • Create and oversee marketing collaterals.
  • Track analytics for our social media and website.
  • Execute and facilitate all LuxCreo marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative and effective marketing strategies that align with LuxCreo’s business goals and brand vision.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Represent LuxCreo at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build relationships, and promote our brand.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies, including identifying potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships.

 

Skills

  • Ability to multi‐task and prioritize activities effectively under aggressive timelines, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate independently.
  • Team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills, willingness to learn.
