ABOUT THE JOB
HIFIVE is hiring a Content Producer to join our award-winning, rapidly growing advertising agency.
The Content Producer works closely with creative, digital, & freelance teams to develop content (static or video) for digital platforms. As the Content Producer, you are consistently filming, shooting, editing, and designing a wide range of content for clients and internal brands. You’ll take direction from the Content Director & Creative Director, work with Project Managers, Account Managers and Clients to ensure that you’re producing the best assets to meet client expectations, schedules, budgets, and scopes with uncanny attention to detail.

You are someone who thinks creatively, presents fun ideas for social media, video, and photo productions. You can execute shot lists, creative direction, produce engaging content in batches. Video and photo edit in batches to meet timely delivery dates. The Content Producer is a natural communicator and collaborator with excellent self-starter skills. You like to travel to production sites to film. Our best Content Producers love being part of a team and shine in situations where direction is followed, and where creativity and resolve are welcomed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform necessary tasks to ideate, develop, and execute multi-medium content
- Bring new ideas to the conversation on how to maximize value for clients & partners
- Execute shot lists & direction from Creative & Content Directors
- Be able to produce batches of video content during on-site production
- Follow the scope of work from proposal, through production, & to launch
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing & social media marketing
- Post production tasks on various softwares & platforms
- Be able to edit batches of video content in a timely manner
- Participate in the initial ideation stage alongside directors & clients
- Advanced knowledge of photo & video production
- Communicate, interpret, and collaborate with client directive
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3+ years of experience with photo & video production
- At least 3+ years of experience with Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, and/or Canva
- 3+ years of post production & editing experience (including light grading & sound mixing)
- Portfolio of photo, video, static graphic, and/or motion graphics
- Experience working with multiple clients and internal teams simultaneously
- Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General understanding and ability to use Google Suite, Slack, Monday.com, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.
- High attention to detail
- Passion for emerging technologies, social media, and marketing
- Comfortable filming on a cell phone and a cine camera
- Knowledge of social media trends
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Starting salary base ranges from $45,000 – $55,000. Compensation & benefits are subject to level of skills & experience.
