Team WPP for Audible
Following the kick-off of an exciting new engagement, Team WPP is thrilled to partner with Audible in their mission of igniting the world’s imagination through premium audio storytelling. To make that possible, Team WPP have been appointed to bring the Audible mission to life through the most dynamic channel of all – social. We will be supporting their social media transformation across ten markets (in the Americas, EU, and APAC) and over 30+ channels (incl. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok). Through social, Audible aims to create a larger and more inspired community of fans across the globe.
Role Description:
We are looking for Content Creators to join our team.
As a Content Creator, you will be a key member of our creative and production team. You’ll consult on live creative briefs and take on your own – working closely with the Creatives, Strategists and Producers to execute and deliver native content for iconic brand’s social channels and as part of their broader UK and Global campaigns.
- In-house content creators – people with a passion for ideating and producing quick turnaround content often shooting it themselves using all the tools and techniques within Social platforms themselves. Based on site with us to improve collaboration and the ability for T&P to direct the content they create.
- What content creators will create for brands – Produce, create, edit and deliver social first content that is authentic content that is true to people’s social feeds, is not reliant on big budgets or glossy production values and is more expressive of their own personal interpretation / build on a brand concept or product to demonstrate a broader idea. (A window into their world and who they are – so to speak.) Usually as part of a campaign or always on calendar building the reputation and relevance of brands across a wide variety of social channels and formats
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest social trends and techniques.
- Create graphics and edit photos, working with the internal design team when necessary.
- Working alongside creatives and designers to lead the social asset creation from the creative brief, all the way through to delivery. That will drive fast paced and engaging content for client social platforms
- Keeping up to date on developments, tools and techniques and being proactive about bringing creative solutions and techniques to the assets you create.
- Train and share knowledge with internal teams wherever possible to empower them to manage their own areas with ad-hoc support.
- Building relationships with the rest of the team and elevating the culture of the agency.
- Work with contractors, suppliers and freelancers as authorised to support the role.
- Remain current with our client brand visual identities, best practices, and ways of working.

Skills and experience
- Solid experience and understanding of social channels e.g. Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and proven experience in producing social content and social best practice.
- Experience developing and managing the production output of social media campaigns across channels such as TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram on budget and time.
- Excellent people relationship skills that will enable you to build relationships working closely and collaboratively with all parts of the team from strategy and creative to clients, producers as well as externally.
- Experience of video production, including filming, editing (preferably delivering via channels such as Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and structure work schedules.
- Ability to showcase examples of content creation for brand.
- An interest in audio entertainment
The pay range for this role is $78,000-$83,000 . Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
