We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with creativity, organizational skills, client relations, and some design experience. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (without use of AI)
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Critical thinker who can assist with developing and implementing strategic communications plans
- Skilled at remaining organized and balancing multiple projects at the same time
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while remote or in-person
- Strong capacity to work collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience planning, creating, and posting content to social media channels, including Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
- Graphic, web design, and video editing experience a plus (adobe suite experience preferred)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work as part of a collaborative team designing and implementing large-scale communications plans, projects, and initiatives
- Strategize, craft, and execute engaging social media campaigns for clients; create content and draft copy
- Assist in management of client accounts with other members of the Parker Philips team
- Research and monitor the latest news and media reports relevant to clients and firm
- Maintain day-to-day creation, management, and posting of client digital and social campaigns via Hootsuite
- Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter
- Monitor and engage across multiple social channels
- Track campaign performance through metrics and data analysis
- Oversee production of client assets; work with designers on content creation, manage client edits, develop and meet deadlines
- Periodic travel to client meetings, events, and conferences
