Content Creator Jobs and Social Media Jobs


As an in-house Brand Content Creator, you will be responsible for proposing, curating, and producing content assets and strategies that align with the brand’s overall marketing strategy. You will work closely with the Brand Manager and other key stakeholders to create high-quality multimedia content across various platforms such as Silver Phantom’s social media pages, website, and email marketing. Your goal will be to enhance the community experience and drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

CONTENT CREATION

  • Proposing engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience and promotes brand awareness for various platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube), website, and, to an extent, email marketing.
  • Create and edit videos, images, and other multimedia content to enhance storytelling and engagement.
  • Will also occasionally collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing and impactful media.

CONTENT STRATEGY

  • Contribute to the development of the content strategy by researching platform/industry trends, understanding the target audience’s preferences, and staying updated on competitors’ content strategies.
  • Propose and curate content assets that align with the brand’s marketing objectives on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Optimize content for platform search engines. This may include riding on current platform trends or using SEO tactics based on the brand’s direction

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, creating and curating content that fosters community engagement and growth.
  • Reaching out to influencers within the area (or the country) who are relevant to our audience and are open to a partnership.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Software And Tools

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram Business Accounts)
  • Tiktok
  • Youtube
  • Image and video editing platforms
  • Having used ClickUp and Slack platforms is an advantage.

Skill Set

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong storytelling and creative writing abilities aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Create and edit videos, images, and other multimedia content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • The ability to optimize content for search engines. Knowledge of SEO best practices is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency is a must.

Experience

  • Proven experience in visual concepts or content creation, preferably in a social media or marketing role with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging social media content for brands with content management systems.
  • Basic web analytics tools and photo/video editing software.
  • Experience in analyzing content performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations.

  • Has chalk lettering experience
