The Associate Producer plays a key role in supporting the production team by assisting in the coordination, organization, and execution of various aspects of the production process while providing comprehensive administrative support. This role involves collaborating closely with producers, video production team members and business partners to ensure logistical aspects essential for the successful completion of projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Producers with all phases of productions as needed.
- Assist with the coordination and shooting logistics, including scheduling, call sheets, production bibles, talent bookings, and equipment setup.
- Help manage project budgets and track expenses throughout the production process.
- Aid in managing and organizing production paperwork, contracts, releases, and other necessary documentation.
- Facilitate swift processing of invoices and purchase orders.
- Arrange talent bookings and manage travel logistics.
- Maintain and update the production calendar as needed.
- Coordinate material and equipment transportation between Zumba home office and production studio.
- Support post-production efforts, including footage review, quality control and basic editing.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and workflow across the production pipeline.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
- Coordinate material and equipment transportation between Zumba home office and production studio.
- Manage multiple tasks under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Evaluate incoming projects and ensure proposals align with project needs.
- Exhibit proficiency in technical aspects of production, operating various tools and equipment.
- Perform other duties and special projects as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in video production.
- Computer proficiency; solid knowledge of Adobe Creative programs
