LeadsMarket is looking for a Paid Social Content Creator across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Post/Reels, and YouTube Shorts. As our content creator, you will be responsible for developing content and managing independent content creators to develop a robust content library. Overseeing content conception, content development/creation, and deployment.
The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert with a proven track record in developing new audiences, content optimization, and extensive experience producing video content.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with our digital media buyers and help develop our brand’s content strategy
- Shape our brand’s social tone of voice to influence post copy and community engagement, exhibiting excellent judgment to foster and build a robust and positive community.
- Brainstorm, create, and curate all content published to paid social channels, including writing post copy and community management.
- Create social-first video content to create a video library
- Create videos weekly yourself for each brand’s content library
- Track and identify potential trends and ideas that align with the brand, using those learnings to create original real-time content.
- Experience working with influencers (micro and macro)
- Participate in editorial and social brainstorms, helping to brainstorm and build content for our brand’s social channels.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of social media management and content production/editing experience.
- 1+ years of experience creating content for TikTok and YouTube
- 1+ years experience in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Deep understanding of each social channel, and their differences (trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates).
- Proficiency in creating lo-fi content using native iPhone/Android tools, apps, and TikTok/IG/YT editing suite.
- Strong knowledge of internet culture and social media platform best practices, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach, strong time management skills, and the ability to own a project from ideation to execution.
- Proven knowledge of what works on digital, and experience working with social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Capability to create and ideate digital content with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
