Job Description
This role plans what, when, and why content should appear on specific communication channels based on the corporate marketing strategy and is responsible for writing, editing, and developing and implementing content for marketing campaigns. This involves developing content strategies, growing Anagram’s online community, and tracking that community’s growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Works with marketing team to ideate and define content goals and timing.
- Develops content strategies to effectively reach the target audience and marketing goals.
- Creates, proofs, and edits copy for all content needs.
- Works closely with the photographer/videographer to create sharable content to be used across a variety of platforms including social media, email, website, and marketing materials to inform, inspire, and educate the Anagram product and brand.
- Manage content calendars and ensure that content remains consistent across all platforms.
- Works with Senior Marketing Manager on influencer/content creator/educator partnerships that fit the Anagram brand and marketing goals.
- Manage content timelines and publication schedules.
- Research and stay up to date on content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
- Handles product sample needs for social media partnerships
- Monitors and reports on competitors and industry trends.

Skills Required/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
- Strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Skilled and stays up to date on social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Proficient in Sprout Social, Loomly or other social media scheduling/reporting tool(s)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Works well cross-functionally with other departments.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
- Experience working on influencer/content creator partnerships in the past is a plus but not required.
- Must be detail oriented, organized, a team player, multi-tasker, and self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work proactively in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
FLSA Working Conditions
- Hybrid: 4 days in office
- Schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.
- Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
