Role Overview
As the Content Producer, you will work with our content team to create engaging digital content across various platforms, helping to drive our mission of inspiring mindful movement and a fashion lifestyle. You must be comfortable with video and photo content and have a deep understanding of how to engage and grow an audience. Additionally, you should be an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with our creative teams to bring projects to life.
Responsibilities
- Creating a monthly content calendar that syncs with company objectives and initiatives, detailing models, content creators, locations, and content themes
- Managing project tasks from the pre-production stage through post-production for content shoots
- Scouting and selecting locations that meet brand standards and negotiating agreements
- Sourcing, casting, and negotiating rates with models to bring fresh talent into our content lineup
- Onboard new models/vendors into our COUPA portal and oversee invoice approvals
- Obtain certificate of insurance for off-site shoots when booking locations
- Collaborating with the Creative Services Director to refine content concepts that align with company strategy and marketing initiatives, ensuring dynamic and innovative content videos
- Managing production documents, including credit card reports, to ensure organizational efficiency
- Maintaining brand consistency and tone across all content, adhering to brand guidelines, values, and tone
- Working closely with team members to brainstorm ideas and ensure a cohesive approach to content production
- Ensure that post-production deadlines are met by aligning with the team’s schedule
- Collaborating with the legal team to create contracts for all projects and initiatives
- Maintain a content trend list to ensure execution
- Creating call sheets and ensuring a comprehensive shot list is always prepared before going on set falls under your responsibility
- Attend content approval sessions to track executed and pending concepts
Role Requirements
- Two plus years of experience in Video Creative Project Management or a closely related field
- A passion for and extensive understanding of fast-fashion and eCommerce
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse talent roster
- Must be able to prioritize a varied workload to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, superb attention to detail, team player, and solutions-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be confident and decisive, operate from a place of accountability and ownership
- BA|BS degree or equivalent working experience in financial analysis or similar role
- English, additional language(s) an advantage
- Schedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite
