What you will be doing:

  • Content Creation and Curation:
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Curate user-generated content and share it strategically.
  • Platform Management:
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule on all platforms.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Optimize profiles and ensure brand consistency.
  • Audience Engagement:
  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers.
  • Run contests, polls, and Q&A sessions to engage the audience.
  • Encourage user-generated content and community participation.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track key performance metrics (likes, shares, followers, etc.).
  • Analyze data to refine strategies and improve reach.
  • Prepare regular reports for management.
  • Campaigns and Advertising:
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall brand campaigns.
  • Manage paid advertising on platforms like Facebook Ads. Stay Updated:
  • Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  • Explore new features and tools to enhance our social media presence.

What you need for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook).

    • Leverage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) to attract potential candidates.

    • Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates through social media channels.
    • Identify and connect with industry professionals, influencers, and potential hires.

    • Share behind-the-scenes glimpses, success stories, and employee spotlights.
  • Analytics for Recruitment:
    • Monitor recruitment-related metrics (e.g., applications received via social media).
    • Adjust strategies based on data insights.
