Land Investing Online is a leading real estate e-learning platform committed to empowering individuals to achieve financial freedom. We are a dynamic, rapidly growing organization seeking proactive individuals who are passionate about personal and professional development. This role is for the founders, Daniel Apke and Ron Apke’s personal social media channels, along with the companies. Much of this work will be around building a personal brand, rather than a corporations brands. This role is the path to becoming a director of content, which is in charge of all film production. We are looking for passionate individuals that can tell a story with content.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging video content and develop creative ideas for our founders’ personal brands.
- Come up with content ideas, then bring the ideas to life and organize the operations.
- Produce high-quality short form and long form content for Instagram and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the editing team to ensure the final product meets our standards.
- Manage and grow our subscribers and social presence through strategic content creation.
- Oversee key metrics including views, reach, comments, shares, and more to drive social growth.
- Lead the media department, working closely with the founders to align content with our brand and vision.
- Develop and execute content strategies to enhance our social brand and drive virality.
- Maintain an organized production process from idea conception to final product delivery.
- Stay ahead of schedule, planning content 30-60 days in advance.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in creative and production roles, with a focus on growing social media channels.
- Strong expertise in videography, editing, and creative content production.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A portfolio showcasing your creative work and social media growth strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
