Job Description:
As a Real Estate Photographer at Martin Photography, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality, visually appealing images and videos of residential and commercial properties. Your work will play a crucial role in assisting real estate agents, homeowners, and property developers in marketing their listings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site property photo and video shoots, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and visual appeal.
Utilize advanced photography equipment, including drones if necessary, to capture aerial shots and video footage.
Edit and enhance photos and videos to meet our high-quality standards, ensuring they highlight the property’s best features.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of photography techniques, equipment, and trends in the real estate industry.
Collaborate closely with clients and our team to understand their specific requirements and deliver on their vision.
Deliver raw files to a Google Drive/ folder in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License
Proven experience as a real estate photographer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in photography equipment
Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, and real estate photography best practices.
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Effective communication skills to work with clients and team members.
Familiarity with different camera types, lenses, and accessories.
Drone photography experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.
A portfolio showcasing your previous real estate photography work is required.
