OVERVIEW:

• The Social Media and Content Creator is pivotal in managing the daily operations of PatBO’s social media presence, including content creation and social engagement. The Social Media and Content Creator collaborates closely with the Director of Marketing & Events to amplify our brand’s digital footprint.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, edit, and design photo and video content for PatBO’s Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Manage regular postings across Instagram feeds, stories, and TikTok.
• Engage actively with influencers and develop professional relationships to boost PatBO’s brand presence on social platforms.
• Interact with customers, fans, and followers, fostering a vibrant community online.
• Coordinate the social media calendar with marketing and sales initiatives to ensure alignment.
• Expand and maintain a network of influencers and VIPs for brand activation and engagement.
• Regularly propose fresh ideas for influencer outreach and content enhancements.
• Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and events teams to synchronize social content with offline activities such as NYFW, influencer events, and brand dinners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in social media, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or beauty industries.
• Highly creative, self-motivated, and adept at navigating fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in social media platforms, with strong capabilities in video and content editing (experience with Canva and Photoshop preferred).
• Ability to come in-office in NYC for meetings, content shooting, and planning
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, with at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
