Social Content Producer – Home Entertainment

Position Summary

This role will support the Home Entertainment division – which includes the industry-leading portfolio of TVs, projectors, audio, and memory innovations. The role reports to and will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Social and Influencer, and will collaborate frequently with the g integrated marketing teams and external agencies. The social producer will produce, write, and edit social media content and copy.

Responsibilities:

  • Build compelling and original content for our social media accounts, effectively translating business priorities into social-first content
  • Develop authentic content that resonates with multi-generational audiences
  • Strategically align creative concepts with product storytelling
  • Write engaging social copy for both paid and organic social
  • Identify trends, news, and other culture-relevant content to amplify across O&O channels
  • Collaborate with PR, strategy, and creative teams to execute major initiatives & branded campaigns
  • Organize planning and creative execution of social content
  • Stay informed of industry regulations and guidelines related to social media content, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years’ experience in social content creation with a diverse portfolio of work
  • Exceptional social copywriting skills
  • Video and photo editing skills are a must. Expertise in Adobe Premiere/Photoshop/Creative Suite is preferred
  • Passion for and/or experience in consumer electronics and technology a plus
  • Knowledge of paid social tactics across platforms
  • Experience with Reddit and Discord campaigns a plus
  • Great communicator in both written and verbal form with impeccable copywriting skills
  • Ability to process and interpret complex information and turn difficult concepts into easy-to-understand and persuasive copy/messaging
  • Strong attention to detail with good editorial judgment, accuracy, and sensitivity
  • Familiarity with agency management
  • Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training required.

8 Years Of Related Experience Required.
