About The Brand:
Up-and-coming snack company based in Los Angeles and ready to make a splash on social. Their vibe is unapologetic, transparent, and bold. They’re not afraid to turn some heads and make some waves.
The Role:
Act as the leading content creator and personality (primarily on TikTok) for up-and-coming CPG brand in the “dips” space.
Role Responsibilities:
- Create evergreen, social-first content for brand channels, specifically TikTok
- Work in a startup environment, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative workspace
- Partner closely with the brand’s founder and agency team to develop social-first video concepts
- Be self-sufficient in producing content, shooting, and editing lo-fi video assets for the brand’s owned channels
- Utilize TikTok’s native tools and trends to develop a variety of engaging, platform-specific content
- Maintain the brand’s TikTok continent calendar and publishing, constantly iterating based on performance
Qualifications:
- Experienced with TikTok as a social media platform, understanding its emerging trends, sounds, formats, tools, etc.
- Knowledgeable in shooting and editing videos for social media
- Someone with a BIG personality. Confident, expressive, and completely comfortable with being on camera.
- Creative and innovative – always thinking outside of the box
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and delivering on tight deadlines
- Communicative and collaborative team player, open to consistent collaboration across departments and implementing feedback
Requirements:
- Must be based in Los Angeles with access to transportation to facilitate in-person collaboration.
